Please specify the model number, quantity, color, and other details of the products you need. Once we confirm all details, we’ll provide a Proforma Invoice (PI) for your approval. After payment, we’ll arrange shipment. Upon receiving your order, please check the products, and contact us with any issues.

We only accept bank payments. Please ensure payments are made only to our official public account.

For most vaporizer items, we maintain some ready stock and can ship within 5 business days after payment. For custom products, the lead time is typically 22-30 business days after payment.

We offer both UPS and air shipping, depending on your preference. We will work with you to choose the most efficient shipping option.

Our products come with a standard 12-month (1-year) warranty. We do not handle warranty claims directly with end users; please check with the retailer or shop where the product was purchased. We provide full warranty support to our wholesale partners.
